Wonderful combination of the strike through and the effect it had on the strike and/or release of the coin from the die...

Can you help me with this one, after reading everything Im still stuck. Can only one digit be doubled and what are these striations under the date. I dont think think it is a double die although it is rounded but only the one number. Im suspicious of this coin so anyone have an idea of what Im looking at?? Appreciate the guidance

Coin does not appear genuine to my eye . sand cast maybe ... have you weighed it ? put a magnet on it . ping test ?

I dont have it in hand but Im going to look at it next week and take a close look see, Strikes me as odd wanted some input b4 I see it.
