Not a lot of info on what a VAM-6 is, the only mention of the obverse is...
"Obverse II1 - Later die states have fine diagonal die file lines at ER in LIBERTY"
RTY look doubled on my coin, the letters should have been doubled before the file lines were added... so I rule out VAM-6

Has a gouge in the R of PLURIBUS... notable enough that it should be a PUP for one of the VAMs.

Have a look at VAM 8, see if your coin matches up with the cracks on the discovery coin listed on the vam page.

It is a 1925s VAM-7A, I'll try to get better photos posted today. Note that the mm is set very low.
It would be nice if we could change the name of this thread to 1925s VAM-7A. Possible?
