1928s VAM-3

Wondering if this is indeed a VAM-3. The "In God We" is doubled, seems to be moreso than VAM-3.

Most of the doubling you see is machine doubling. Take a close look at the TR in TRVST, because that's where actual doubled dies show up on a lot of 28-S.
