Would there be a displaced field break on the obverse under the date numbers 21?

I am no expert but looks like EDS VAM 1N3 to me based on the pics.
I may not be the best, but I do not know anyone better.

Looks similar to my revision specimen that LVA attributed 10-10-17 in ANACS MS 61 holder.
MDS in my opinion.

This coin is a 1N3
It is a later die state than the revision plate
On the page.
But without the retained cud it is not the VLDS

Nice find
