Yeah, you read that right, but they're the only game in town for Paramount and Redfield holders. I sent four 78-CC Paramount holders in at the last Baltimore show. Pretty happy overall, but my hokey 63 sticker holder getting graded is pretty cool. Some of you may remember this piece from when I got it.

Yes they have the same market-price guarantee pcgs does. Better in some ways, worse in others...

Paramount holder doesn't carry any guarantee, just like the GSA stuff. Almost no one really cares

Not back yet, had to send it from home because they wouldn't take the soft packs at the table. Some deal about shipping liability.

Haha. That's even more fun to look at with an NCG label on it 😎

What was the deal with that; the explanation as to why it has a 70s style click label number inside the plastic.

They came near the end of the Paramount slabs. And yeah, the cheesy 63 label maker label is sealed inside the holder. As far as I know, none of the Redfield holders got this treatment. I've seen a few of the black 60 holders changed to this 63 holder like this, and I'm told there are a few of the red 65 holders with 67 stickers inside. I've never seen one myself.
My 78-CC in a Paramount 63 might be unique or nearly so.

The other and larger half of this story showed up today - my four soft packs that I sent in
All 78-CC's
VAM 11 61
VAM 2B 63 upgrade for both the GSA and my regular 78-CC set
VAM 7A 62 serious upgrade for the GSA set
VAM 19B 45 currently the only known example in GSA

You gotta love the the NGC Mint State 62 grade on the second 1878 CC with the GSA plastic chip that states
