Reflection Glider

Well I designed this glider in my head around last Dec, as a gift to my 1st niece's wedding. I named the chair or glider a reflection glider when I thought of it because. The piece is American Black Walnut and American Cheery to represent 2 different people, both independently attractive but combined they both accent each other. Also as a reminder that as in life you must change and adapt as my drawings and the math on this pieces changed many times from concept to reality.

More than once it pissed me off, and I had to step back and cool off and come back too it with a clearer head. With a cooler head I had to just look at what I had, and work the problem, and not get pissed that my plans where not working. Then last week my older brother pass away, and part of my world went to hell in a hand basket. My chair helped me deal with a part of it, as life is never what you plan and the imperfections within life is what makes it worth the ride.

My chair finally is done today, and her wedding is tomorrow....so I made the dead line!

Maybe you intended a double entendre by splitting "deadline" into two words. I hope that your life philosophy allows you to find humor in tragedy. The symbolism of the chair, linked to death, and then to marriage; may comfort your friends. I hope the same for you.
