1922 Unknown VAM, Strong Obv Doubling

Very strong obverse doubling on this 1922. All digits in date are strongly doubled. LIB_R_Y are doubled with I and Y strongly doubled; I may be tripled. Four or more rays left of I are tripled, though starting with fifth ray they appear only doubled with no doubling beyond the eighth ray. Nose is doubled. Lower hair strand is strongly doubled (visible in full obverse photo). Front of neck is doubled. Rim above BERT doubled. There is a die crack at bottom of neck. There are feed finger lines (gouges?) under N and G of GOD and R of TRVST, the latter appearing to be slightly raised. Reverse is unremarkable except for a shoulder clash. More photos to follow.

The nose, I and Y are looking a LOT like strike doubling (nothing to do with VAMs). The rest are most likely also strike doubling.

Went back and reviewed machine doubling vs. die doubling. I should re-read that section at least once a week. While the shelf effect, especially on the Y and 2, are clearly machine doubling, I'm still hung up on the tripled rays.

Possible VAM-2M, but I will need in-hand verification by JB or ANACS.
