Help with a 79-CC VAM-3 diagnostic

Can someone tell me if the Filled "G" in "God" is the only diagnostic required to assign a "3A" designation? Attached reverse of an NGC MS61 I have that I think might be a 3A. Thanks.

The description reads like the gouge between A and M of America and the gouge at top of cap are the criteria for VAM3A.
