PMD (Post minting damage) on the reverse for sure - the obverse also looks like PMD but is a little less certain. Perhaps strike thru but.....i am stiking with PMD.

Damage. If it were a strike-thru, it would show on the eye. Damage may skip over the eye since it's slightly protected by the eyelids being higher relief.
