1921 Moran Dollar - VAM-49/49A?

Hello To All .... Is the below coin VAM-49 or VAM-49A? Please note the laminated/recess area (red arrows). Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Looks like VAM 49... doesn't appear to have the displaced field break above AME to be 49A, nor any cracks in/around NUM on the obverse.
When in doubt... don't.
