28 Bogus Morgans At Canadian Auction

Post by Flat-Chested » Thu Oct 29, 2020 12:47 pm

Schmalz Auctions in Prince Albert Saskatchewan Canada , October 31st 2020, Lots 1025 to 1029 involves 10 bogus gold wafers while Lots 1030 to 1057 involves 28 bogus Morgan dollars of assorted years. They know the gold wafers are bogus and suspect the authenticity of the Morgans, but list them for sale anyway.

I sent a message to the company informing them that the coins were bogus, they responded by noting on the ad that the coins are reproductions and are selling them anyway. We send China our grain, lumber, and minerals, they send us fentanyl, bat viruses and counterfeit coins. I'm sure it will all work out in the end.

Bidder “Mdant822” bought seven of the bogus Morgans and paid $96.08 ($72.13 US), which was enough money to purchase four real Morgans if they were priced at spot.

Then after the auction house sold the coins, they altered their website to say the coins were "fake". I guess something like this would only happen once in a blue moon.

“Mdant822” also bought 2 of the bogus gold wafers for $22.60 each, so pays a total of $141.28 ($106.06 US) for the bogus Chinese crap. The Canadian government closed the Canada/US border but still allows the Chinese to fly in directly from Wuhan, where the bat viruses are being manipulated.
