What a rip off- Between flea bay and PP the fees add to 20-22 %
Guess their learning from the old heritage auctions at 20%
At least heritage works at selling and does negociate on larger deals

This coin deal is a mess,with rough mkt and designed to steal collectors /coin owners
hard earned cash, by whatever means possible. Why would a seller due all the work
of pictures, descriptions and e bay rules, just to be shafted with 15-30 days return policies

Sadly fleabay is many sellers only way out - supplying exposure to help sell
Small to medium size collectors are simply screwed. ADD tax issues to coins and WOW
Rip off America at its best- It feels like being robbed at worse than gunpoint

Have not used them yet - but Greatcollections.com - 5% for coins under $1000 and 0% over $1000. Might be an option. Jim

Not a thing wrong with a good rant now and then especially when it's all true. eBay has been ripping everybody off for decades. I keep expecting them to disallow anyone from ending auctions early. Thanks Scott.

I agree. And could add a few of my own horror stories.
To compound difficulties, they are no longer answering the phones (as though COVID is transmittable over phone lines.)
My image of the future includes more coin shows where the middle man is eliminated.

This is the perfect time for this rant as
My account was suspended yesterday
Accused of selling fake/counterfeit/replica coins
BUT there are genuine ANA coins
I even showed them to vam world first!
Got a consensus then listed them,
But someone complained and fleece bay took their side over me a 22 year seller/member!

FLEECE bay...
I’m done with them!

Hopefully others will see that they lie, and are extremely dishonest!
Hopefully fleecebay will become the NEXT Hindenburg... to crash and burn

I like that we are allowed to sell our coins on vam world, even though it doesn’t have the reach fleece bay has, BUT, their is no middle man, that’s gotta be worth something!

I used to sell celeb. candid photos there decades ago, before all the magazines had them. If a celeb complained ebay would warn you and take the listing down. All these photos were outdoors in a public venue so tell me how they can complain. So one idiot celeb, I won't say Jack Black's name, complained. They yanked the listings. I had 3 sets up. That got me kicked off. Can't have three complaints. Even though these were all put up the same time. Screw ebay. I made them a ton of money and then I'm gone because of one idiot that doesn't understand what in public means.
