eBay does give a shit. That is why I monitor eBuyer Beware.
For the last 9 years I have participated in an eBay initiative to clean up the Coins and Paper Money category. I am one of a few full-time coin dealers / professional numismatists that have have direct access to the person that can remove listings that violate eBay's listing policies.
Reporting a listing to eBay by speaking to eBay Customer Support or using the "Report this Item" link will usually NOT result in the item being removed. eBay Customer Support does not have the expertise to determine if a coin has been altered, misattributed, or is not genuine. I do.
Report the items here. I will determine if the listing(s) and all other listings active for the seller are violations, and if so, I will report them and they WILL be removed.
Note that when I am out of town for a coin show (as I was since last Sunday), I may not be able to report items.

The item reported here by Unc90o, as well as other fake Morgans listed by the seller, have been reported.
