I think the coin should have at least a value of $11,000 since it is higher graded than the previous MS graded coins that sold.

That VAM in high AU grades is very tough, and anything in MS is the stuff of ringing bells and flashing lights.
I'm going to show both 1A and 1A1 prices, since grading companies don't always differentiate between them. Prices have been all over the board, so your guess at a precise number is as good as mine.
