I received the following question on one of my eBay VSS attributed VAM coin auctions. Could someone give me some advice on how to answer it?
All of my VAMs are attributed by PCGS on the holder. If I buy this VAM, does the “varslab” sticker guarantee that PCGS will attribute it as VAM__? Since I need to send it in to PCGS.

Re: Help answering a question about VSS
I believe PCGS will ONLY identify a certain amount of VAMs, whereas VSS will identify ALL VAMs. So, if PCGS does not have THAT certain VAM in their list, the answer is no. IF it is a VAM they list, then yes(AFTER they attribute it as the VSS VAM)...kenny

If it is a VAM that PCGS labels, still have to pass by them. I asked PCGS directly and I was told if they don't work for PCGS no guarantee.

I don't guarantee how a grading service is going to attribute a coin, nor does any other grading service guarantee how a different grading service will attribute a coin. I'd like to think that seeing my attribution and a photo will guide them to the correct attribution, but I have no control over what they do.
