2019 VSS/PCGS Bulk Submission #2 Closed
As stated earlier, as soon as I close out one submission, the next is open.
My fee is $6 plus shipping, PCGS's will depend on the grade they assign to the coins, which means I won't know total costs until grades are in. Unless PCGS changes them (I don't know the 2019 rates yet), the fees for bulk grading of Morgan and Peace dollars are 60-63 $5, 64 $10, 65 $17, 66 $20, others $10. No restriction on mix of dates. Maximum declared value per coin is $300. No-grades are no charge for grading unless there are too many in the submission, unless PCGS changes those rules, too. I'll put these in my holders. You pay my fee plus return shipping (on my form) up front, and then the PCGS fee plus your share of the shipping to and from them once I know it.
If you want to submit coins for grading that you don't want attributed, you can do this, too. I will charge $2 per coin for these, since I still have to spend time documenting each coin and sorting them out afterward.

Re: 2019 VSS/PCGS Bulk Submission #2 Open
What happens with Morgans of better than common date in bulk submissions? For example, could an 1891-O slider be included?
I go totally NUTS for WOW! VAMs!! Or is that from WOW! VAMs?
Re: 2019 VSS/PCGS Bulk Submission #2 Open
Absolutely. The restriction is that you aren't supposed to include coins that are obviously worth more than $300 each, but there's a little cushion here that PCGS can give. In the most recent bulk order, two coins that graded as being significantly more valuable than the limit were charged $25 each. Using your 1891-O example, I don't think you'd have to pay the non-bulk rate unless the coin graded 64 or higher (a 63 is valued at $365 in their price guide), in which case I'm guessing you wouldn't mind paying the higher fee.impairedsquirrel wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2019 10:27 pmWhat happens with Morgans of better than common date in bulk submissions?
