Do I see weak clashing evidence at Liberty's throat and coming out of the top of the eagle's right wing?
There is letter doubling on my 3GS as well. It's a pretty common feature on 1921-Ps in general, so I guess LVA thought it was not significant/important enough to mention in the official description – especially since he had begun focusing on scribbles as a key diagnostic about a decade earlier.
I've heard of GSA Morgans having fatal grading issues in the holder, but this coin on eBay is one of the few I've ever seen. And no, the seller did not say anything about those awful reverse scratches.

Awesome! Is the tablet working out for you? Those were all done with a mouse (and the provided/recommended template). Haven't had the patience to not be able to do anything while I stopped and tried to try and learn the tablet from scratch. But I got the necessary cable and downloaded the 95-pg man...
I've drawn 27 new 1921-P D1 reverse crack maps, and 63 new D2 reverse maps, that Fogie has uploaded to the 1921-P Die Crack Break Guide. Many holes still remain, but at least 90 more of them have been plugged.
