I also think it may have been polished and agree with Vamhelsing in that pocket time (especially in a rabbit's) would fix that issue.

Dennis, I can't match it up to any existing VAM .
Maybe it's just the pics but I don't see as being a FAR Date either.
Definitely doesn't match anything with the polishing lines.
