The squiggle is a clash from the top outline of Liberty's head. Rather common clash, since the feature is lower on the coin (higher on the die) than the nearby field. Going through my darksides, assigning VAM's, and found this.

There is a squiggle under DOLLAR that is thick and raised, not PMD and not finding any listing on this.

Crack started on both neck corners

Any help on the VAM is appreciated.

The shared obverse of the 101 matches the definitive ear, the reverse matches the 115 MM position.
