A few weeks ago a PCGS 1911-D/D MS-66 went for about $7,600. Mine with CAC and the heritage on the label should go higher.

I would rather send coins to G.C. over Heritage. My experience with G. C. has been good. My St Gaudens 1909-S/S in PCGS MS-65 did well. I just sent in my favorite Saint into G. C.
