Well, the 20A is the "E" reverse & is highly prized in higher grades than AU 50 and is the most sought after compared to the 20B which is the worn out die of 20A without the "E" reverse. Hence, why you do not see the 20B in the VV15 because it is not highly sought after and is not on any major lists.

Buy the coin, not the roll.
