Re: 1883-CC VAM 5B LDS?

Hellos :) You have a 5B if you have the beak gouge and the dashed 8. That was polished away in 5C. Cracks: they extended to the wing in 5B. You can see it on the coin below. Clash: 5B is said to have been polished and reclashed at least once in the sequence. You may have a weak clash example... http...

Re: 1884-CC question

Evening boss. Show the whole coin for better answers. Hard to say anything without seeing the totality. Per "empty nest": it means a VAM with other characteristics is already known, and that a coin without those characteristics would revert to the base VAM based on the dies. It means we've never see...

Re: 2021 Morgan/Peace renderings

To ke they aren't particularly, overly horrible like the SF commem reverse is but they're almost too good yet not perfect. It reminds me of an issue I read about with CGI animation that a kids movie called Mars Needs Moms ran into. They got the animation so realistic yet not real that it came off t...

Re: 2021 Morgan/Peace renderings

H.R. 6192 authorizes production of Morgan and Peace dollars in not less than .900 fine silver, with the balance of the alloy in copper. Uram said that, in discussions with U.S. Mint officials, they indicated options would include issues struck at the Denver, Philadelphia and San Francisco Mints. Pr...

Thanks John. I agree, the numbers look wonky. Does anyone know what they finally decided to call this release? I don't think it is a commemorative?🐍
If it has a denomination on it, it would be considered bullion legal tender like the ASE, no?

Re: Above post.

None of the items mentioned are "random." All follow the same laws of physics applicable within the observable universe.

Also, please use correct terminology: bodies rotate on their axis and revolve around an external gravitational point.
Thank you Karen.

The Earth rotates at 1035 miles per hour... Earth orbits the sun at 67,000 miles per hour... Our solar system rotates at 448,000 miles per hour... And our galaxy moves through the universe at 1,200,000 miles per hour. Embrace the randomness. Oh, and the moon's tidal forces has caused the earth to sp...
