I have this in my notes as a marker for the VAM 19 reverse (shared by 23). I called it the 'pope hat'. For 23 I noted it as just a trace

You need to take a long look at those lines. They are similar but not the same. You have an EDS VAM 3, It is not the same obverse as VAM 2 or any of its stages. All show the lump on the 2nd 8, which is clearly not present on your coin

Strong double clash but it appears to be in the typical alignment. Even when they are doing listings, they only note a handful of the 'typical' clashes for illustration. If it crossed my desk, it would get the generic 'clashed dies' designation if requested.

All I know about our(VAMs)present standing in the market is I'm as busy as I've ever been and many of my submitters are fairly new names. Numismatics in general is in better shape now than before the pandemic.
