I don't have a 1P1, so I'm curious; does your EDS coin also have this fabulous heavy line between outer right wing feathers 7 & 8 (counting from the bottom)? My 1P2 and 1P3 (pictured) both have it.

Your new one is the first of LVA and Mallis.

The 1965 book is the oldest one by LVA.
There is an older VAM reference, published in 1963, that LVA has said inspired him to start his research:
