Anyone need a 1921-S "VAM-29A" in PCGS64? SOLD!!
It's the one shown in this post: http://www.vamworld.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1073&hilit=wow I'm not particularly sure which sub-variety it would actually fall under any more, but it IS a WOW! VAM. I found an MS63 with a stronger (less polished) "I" clash, which is the only reason I may be will...

Re: can an AU55 coin be PROOF LIKE
Ok, so I think you may be confused about "PL". An AU coin is supposed to have some luster left, so, by default, you SHOULD still be able to see mirrored fields (in the less contacted areas) on an AU coin. "PL" has everything to do with mirrors and nothing to do with wear...

In your profession do you ever use Occam's Razor? If so, ask yourself this question: Would it ...

Re: Possible new finds
Maybe it's time to forget about what you think you see and look thru the listings for marriages with the mintmark tilted strongly to the left. There's only a couple of options. Imagination can help you once you understand the basics within this field, but honestly right now you are doing yourself a...

Sorry to hear Hawk, I'm currently in the midst of the same. Our Shiba Inu is 15 and recently developed a severe limp that has me nervous.
