Can someone tell me if the Filled "G" in "God" is the only diagnostic required to assign a "3A" designation? Attached reverse of an NGC MS61 I have that I think might be a 3A. Thanks.

Clarification - as an example, I need a 90-CC that says "Tailbar" on holder but not "VAM-4". 1880-CC says "8/High 7 " but not "VAM-5", etc.
