oops, one more thing, 1922 S 2AF and 2AF2 were also eliminated, they were duplicates of 2K1 And 2K2.

Additions to the SSDC Registry
Brent @fogie when you get some time could you add these new VAMs to the SSDC Registry? I tried sending you a PM, but I don't think it went thru. Thanks again for all you do!

Thanks for your response Tom. Hopefully Dr. Close @davidkclose will chime in and give us the nod to have the changes made to the VAM pages.

1922 P VAM 16 & 55 possible duplicates?
Hello Dark Siders, I believe the 1922 VAM 16 is the same as the VAM 55. The VAM 16 mentions doubled designer's initials and doubled reverse olive branch. The 55 only mentions the doubled olive branch and leaves. No mention of the doubled obverse. My 55 has the exact same doubling on obverse as the 1...

Re: Darkside 24-S help
MarkyB can you post full obverse and reverse photo's? It does look similar to the VAM 1i description. It's so tough trying to attribute some of the peace dollars with limited photo's on the VAM page. I unfortunately, don't have a V1i in my collection, maybe davidkclose or colwillys may have one? If...

Re: 1922 P with straited gouge from Chin to D in IGW
So, could this be a possible LDS of 57A, maybe a new listing 57B with the straited die gouge added? @davidkclose

Re: 1922 P with straited gouge from Chin to D in IGW
Dern Tom colwillys that's pretty dern close! Could be a later die state? Does yours have the collar clash on reverse from tip of left mountain to R in Dollar? I believe I do see doubling of the second 2 in the upper inside of loop. Can't tell if the designer initials are doubled, it's a little mushy...

1922 P with straited gouge from Chin to D in IGW
Help from the Dark Side, I've got a 1922 P B2 rev with a straited die gouge from chin to D. Does not match up with the 2P1 "Chin Bar" listed. Also has lighter gouges below N and G of IGW. The area below IGW is polished smooth as well as the area right of the second 2. Reverse has a collar clash from...

Re: Double Date 1922 Peace Dollar
@NECE I don't believe it's a 2C. Your coin has a B1 Reverse, 2C has a B2 Reverse. Can you see any doubling on the reverse, olive branches, Rays below Dollar, etc? Hope this helps!

Re: Double Date 1922 Peace Dollar
I would be interested to see the full obverse and reverse. The die crack at neck looks familiar. Looks like a pretty heavy clash as well....be interesting to see clash marks on reverse and if the coin has a B1 or 2 reverse.
We might be able to find the correct VAM for this coin.
