Welcome to the forum ! . If its on this list , they recognize the variety. It does cost an additional 20 bucks beyond any grading fee to get them to write the number on a label .They just won't do it unless the service is requested and paid for .https://www.pcgs.com/vamvarieties

Don't know for sure ,It is just the closest thing I could find without having the coin in hand . Pretty sure the reverse is right, maybe a little later die state . You will probably be safe calling it a v19 . I just saw a couple reverses in this year with what might be that hub doubling thing on them

It matches what is on that v 19 page pictures .. there is also an interesting comment on the v 22 page about hub doubling on this year . not sure if any of this is conclusive though???

addition photos for v 19 look a lot like your left edge base of 1 . you might need an expert not sure either one of them is really a 19 though , the 19a date is more normal than very near
