I have a well struck, but not EDS, 1884-P VAM-9.2 and after looking it over think this VAM deserves its own page. My 1880-P 'New VAM-86' is on a November 28, 2021 letter.

Another difference, though subtle, is the thickness of the S at the top and bottom crossovers. Normal side up has the thinner crossover at the top. Of course doesn't matter on many of those mushy MMs.
