SEGS will holder any VAM "numbered" counterfeit Morgan. However it will say on the label. "Not of U.S. origin".
I have several as they are the only TPG that will VAM the coin and holder it.
If you have any, and need them slabbed, you might need to get it done ASAP.

Lincoln cent struck on an already struck dime. Heads face different directions. Lincoln was Republican and FDR a Democrat. The song was "Brother Could You Spare a Dime?" The only one I could find was a 1998 cent struck on a 1997 dime, so not sure about the part of it being made in 1997...20190307_0...

I can't figure this out, but I'd swear this will boil down to one or two coins minted in Philadelphia. Think buffalo nickel or silver eagle - each side has a head in portrait perspective.
