VAM 3 is eliminated as its date placement appears to be normal left edge. The subject coin is normal. See images below. VAM 12 is excluded as the subject coin is absent doubled 8s and doubled 6. It appears to this eye that the lines are raised above the surface and are thus, produced by the die, not incused as might be made by contact with the reeding of another coin post minting. The 1 itself appears slightly doubled under the upper crossbar. The 2nd image is of the reverse alone on which are drawn parallel lines at 0 degrees through the base of the motto (in which the base of the G and RUS appear to be in true alignment) and the tops of the ribbon loops.
