Re: OFF TRACK [1916 PROOF BUFALO NICKEL]

Yup, it’s me. Sitting at home with shingles. Recovering from food poisoning, and readjusting to new medication. My thyroid meds quit working a while back and I didn’t suspect it. Been in a mess the past few weeks. After PAN, i did the Indianapolis show and have been sitting at home. For those of you...

Re: OFF TRACK [1916 PROOF BUFALO NICKEL]

that 1916 is incredible, and then the notes? who needs better? your 1915 may have some improper metal mix, some may find that undesirable, others find it MORE interesting(like woodies, on lincoln cents).but hey, i'd be happy to have a 1915 like that. a very rare bird.

Re: "2021" Morgan and Peace dollar imitations from Mint

@messydesk LOL!
and without DMPl and pl's, with the goofy looking privy marks, and all, they are taking a good product and dumbing it down. and then not making enough for the common man to get them at the bank, even if they made them in copper nickel, is sad.

And then there are the misattributed and non attributed. I realize those old scratches but they are naked eye visible. Should be a...

I’ve seen a number of morgans like this, including one that pcgs bagged. Didn’t look like a problem coin to me, rather a problem with something else.

Great vam. Such a steal of a coin for the grade. Which would you rather have a boring plain 1878cc or a vam 6? I’ll take the 6.
