Similar, but mine doesn't have what looks like a 2 in your photo

I won a NGC MS-62 1889-P on GreatCollections on Sunday, got the coin in today's mail.
Trying to attribute it but having a big problem.
It's a far date, double ear, double clashed, bearded, and has what I think are antlers.
I thought it was a 19B2 but the 19B2 is a normal date.
Any thoughts?
