Re: 1878 7/8 TF vam 36

1878 7/8 tf vams 36 & 37 very common have truly been receiving higher
bids and higher prices. Especially vam 38 which is really commanding strong
premiums

1878 VAM 43 unfortunately has really taken a beating price ways
Sucks because its a cool vam & seen in PL / some in DMPL

Re: 1882 O/S V3A MS 60?

As the self appointed 1882 o/s guru i really loved 3A when Logan Mckechnie discovered and put in vamview price guide at au= $750 I have picked them ever since. A au58 has been real tough to find withot cleaned/scratched etc. A ms 60 = I have only one. The price has dropped & a nice au trades/values ...

Numismedia.com values a 1878 s ms63pl at retail = $188 Withot vam SSDC new vam pricing guide values 78-s vam 76 ms63 retail PCGS/NGC $600 I would say 2k is way to high even though its a nice variety and in higher grade The old vamview of 2015 valued a ms 63 at 1k Neither above guides list a PL examp...

Re: SSDC VAM Value Guide corrections?

 Oh Yes; Welcome to the New Deal price list that has been a long time coming, and a true work in progress, that in my IMHO will serve to save the Vam sport and further interest over time. With all the accolades ASH H is due all these years this kinda tops the list IMHO. For those of you who...

Re: Bank of America buys big silver.

 Great post which totally further validates the well known conspiricy theory of central banks manipulating the silver futures mkts by continually selling futures contracts short This by B of A, HSBC bank, JP MORGAN CHASE, & several others. All this to keep prices low while buying the availa...

Re: O/T Metals /Volatility/Bigger Picture

 Very frustrating market- As soon as i say it looks like gold wants to stay above $2k it goes south to around $1925 with silver dropping hard to around $24.50. Feds increase discount int rate by .25 and ukraine fighting continues as well as U S inflation continues super high. This really me...
