I do not think its this one , though it looks close from a distance many of the key points are not there when zoming in plus the date is farther to the right on mine.

judging by the lack of coins in the SSDC I dont think this Vam has any interest but I was happy to find it when it seems like half the 1891 cc are Vam 3 attributed or not.
This ones unattributed AU-50 in A old ANACS soapbox holder.

No does not need to be attributed.

Sadly I can see it . Often times a nice AU-58 looks similar to a MS-63.
What PCGS saw as wear maybe NGC missed or maybe it was so minor they decided to let it slide.
