That's a lot of work. I think I only willingly own 1 or 2 1921-ds.

Re: Free imaging?

I'm in the process of getting my top PCGS registry sets all imaged. I have been very pleased with the quality of the true views I've received. Sent in the rest of my 8TF's and some 7TF's to get reholder and image before the end of the year. I think it really makes registry sets better when you can s...

It's all about perspective.
Frankly I was pleased to learn that I have $2.3 million in a Nigerian bank.
As a bonus, I've also found that I am quite desirable among eligible young Asian women.

Re: 8TF VAM-14.2 EDS..???

I think the 14.2 listings are a mess.. An EDS 14.2 I believe would technically be the 14.2A now (and PL?). I'm assuming this would be an EDS 14.2B. I have one just like it that I called a 14.2a since there's no reverse break/displaced field and missing some of the obverse breaks, just a faint crack ...

1878 VAM-33 without a die chip in 8?

Has anyone come across an 1878 VAM-33 without a die chip on the first 8 in the date?

Re: New picks back from PCGS.. (trueviews)

No, didn't think this one was a proof. However I did find another ICG MS62 DMPL 14.8 that I believe was a proof. Unfortunately it was a few years ago and I didn't have the courage to crack out and sold it. Wish I still had that one.

Re: New picks back from PCGS.. (trueviews)

One more for my 1878 set, 14.8 MS62PL. Was in an ICG 62DMPL holder cracked out and sent raw. Got it for common 8TF 62PL money so pretty happy with this one too.

Hmm.. 1902 is 2nd lowest (GO4) but lower than a certain bunny's coin.

Colorful 41B & 41C trueviews finally arrived

Finally got my reholder order back a few days ago.. Had to wait 4 more days for the tureview pics to arrive. Took almost two months.. but I think they turned out better than I expected.

Just an observation, seems I've seen more colorful VAM-41s compared to other 7/8 TF varieties.

I check every single coin I get graded. Must be some pretty large bulk orders to not notice this kind of mistake when the order is returned.

Per the forum rules above.. Please group your sales in one post. Do not start a new thread for each coin. You can edit the subject and update the content. Otherwise it clutters up the page and pushes others postings off the page.

Re: PCGS re-holder special.. blah

They still haven't officially posted my "grades" but on to the QA stage. I could see the varieties added in my registry on Monday. I would have given them slack for covid but my last two orders went through normally back in July/August so was pretty blindsided by nearly 2 months for reholder and att...

Re: PCGS re-holder special.. blah

I sent mine in for attributing as well. I think that's probably the holdup vs the actual holder/imaging. I have been sending batches to get trueview pics for all my set coins.

FYI, for those interested one of the main reasons I sent this order is because they added 1878 7/8TF VAMs 41C, 41B, and 42A.
