Doubled Bow - I do not think so - looks more like "ejection doulbing" or strike doubling rather than true Die doubling. Die Chip wreath - yabut it really is terribly common so not really helpful for attribution. Clashing on the neck on the other hand looks pretty cool and significant. Not really sur...

I suspect it is a lamination sorta feature. It looks like it "peeled away" from the inside/side of the upper loop of the 6. (If that makes any sense to you ...)
