Machine doubling? From a 1921 Peace.

OK, think I'v got it sussed. Found the doubled rays of a VAM-6A which also has polishing lines.

I know this is a darkside question but I inherited this 1925-P which looks like a VAM-1H but the clashed spikes have been polished away leaving only a nub at the wing edge and shortening the suns rays. What are these smear lines called if anything. I've seen it on a few coins but not like this. I occurs all the way through the motto. I didn't find anything on the attribution page. Just curious.

Here's another question for the forum. I'm having trouble placing this coin. I can find the chip in the 8 and double 82 of a VAM 9 but nothing about tripled motto.
