You will probably be safe calling it a v19 . I just saw a couple reverses in this year with what might be that hub doubling thing on them

It matches what is on that v 19 page pictures .. there is also an interesting comment on the v 22 page about hub doubling on this year . not sure if any of this is conclusive though???

addition photos for v 19 look a lot like your left edge base of 1 . you might need an expert not sure either one of them is really a 19 though , the 19a date is more normal than very near
