LVA has never dipped a coin of mine. He has sent (several) back as "too dark" for him to want to play with.

Smells sorta like an S mintmark....you have some polishing lines in the hair that may prove helpful.

Many years ago I got a 93-P VAM4 with an added S just like you have there! I was able to get mine for bullion so was delighted to add it to my "pile of stuff". I still have it and think it is pretty cool.
