Re: 80s v94... LFCP's & PUP pics for page

Hey CascadeChris. Very nice coin and excellent images. I compared both mintmarks and your's does appear to match 94. No resemblance at all to the VAM 7 s/s. Hope your right! Mike Thanks Mike. I wasn't saying it was a possibly v7 though, just that since the v94 page is a near-zombie with only two pl...

80s v94... LFCP's & PUP pics for page

Hey guys, how strange that I find a v7 to be able to add LFCP's for the v7 page and now a v94 (same obverse) too for a page left wanting! Anyway, there are only 2 plates on the page and no mention of die markers set by the big guy but this girl sure looks like v94. If agreed will someone please add ...

Re: Cool ERROR -not- PMD... Change my mind!

You're hardly the first and won't be the last to bite on an atypical bagmark. I made this mark on a quarter a couple of years ago to settle a similar question. Hold the edge of one reeded coin on the face of another coin and give it a firm tap with a hammer. Voila! If you're not doing it on purpose...

Cool ERROR -not- PMD... Change my mind!

Got this in a bulk buy and at first glance I thought it was just a massive, hard bag it. Well, I see no pushed metal and the area is shiny. Looks to me like a Struck-thru previously struck delaminated fragment. The only thing that's strange to me is what appears to be a second set of denticles/reeds...

New top-pop... 21 Peace v3

A friend just got this fresh, sexy girl back from the factory. She is now the sole top-pop v3 in the SSDC registry dethroning a single NGC 65.. For you Darksiders, is this a big-ish deal or meh? @davidkclose @colwillys @vampicker

Cool EXO Newp... Who likes 92o ?!

Saw this and had to get it. Paid $55. Seller said he couldn't find a similar one anywhere and I didn't have time to check so I took his word for it.. Not sure what I'll use it for yet but just had to have it.. Is anyone doing a 92o study and needs it? 20190320_135153.jpg 20190320_135314.jpg 20...

80s vam 7 ...LFCP's for page

Neat coin to look at. Saw there wasn't any LFCP's on the page so figured I'd take some. If one of you page editors can add them I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Re: measuring mirrors on dmpl

For trained eyes that are experienced in dealing with mirrors, "full" PL fields and "full" DMPL fields are typically pretty easy to recognize at a glance, then you use your thumb to measure how sharp the mirrors are for verification. It's the coins that are "sliders" where the fields are transitioni...

Re: This one is for you Chris

Wow! Nothing to seem to amaze me here! We had people die for this country that don't get this much respect! My father went through WWII, Korean, and Nam war! retired in 1968 with 28 years of service. I think people here ought to be ashamed of themselves to put others in front of them!! What the ?!....

It is the one I sent you the link to. He answered me. Awesome! I dont know if I would have bought it for the price on a gamble being that one could barely make out one little part of the gouge that could have been toning interruption or light reflection etc.. He really did lead you to that one for ...
