Re: Ebuyer Beware!

Can anybody see any of the VAM-60 PUPs on the NGC 1878-S Long Nock purported to be a VAM-60 VF20? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1878-S-1-Morgan-Silver-One-Dollar-Rare-San-Francisco-VF20-VAM-60-Long-Nock/133141970413?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160811114145%26meid%3Debf036e...

Re: 1878-s VAM 72

February 2019 saw an unprecedented number of SF Long Nocks sold via the internet, hopefully this year the annual February SF Long Nock sale will eclipse the record set last year. With any luck, collectors will be throwing their hands up in utter disgust and selling off their collections now, for the...

Re: 1878-s VAM 72

Just as God granted finances to Hetty Green and then used Hetty to save America from financial disaster, God granted finances to me and then used me to save the San Francisco Long Nocks from crashing in value. Other VAMS took major hits in their values, but thanks to God and continued collector inte...

Re: 1878-s VAM 72

Ok, I didn't accomplish all this on my own, I had help from God. With His assistance We managed to score about 90% of the SF Long Nocks offered in 2019. I can't imagine such an accomplishment without God's help. Anyway, Gene L. Henry had a nice collection of SF Long Nocks (I bought many in an effort...

Re: 1878-s VAM 72

Nobody was buying SF Long Nocks, dozens were advertised in 2018, including a major collection that included Gene L. Henry's SF Long Nocks. I watched the Gene L. Henry Long Nocks sit unsold throughout the year, and still throughout January 2019 nobody was buying. Even people who were trying to comple...

Re: 1878-s VAM 72

Auction prices of SF Long Nocks have decreased. The 1878-S VAMs-60 and 72 have not been coming up for auction but my best guess is that if they do, their selling prices will be lower than historical auction prices. Not enough people are selling their VAMs 60 and 72, I encourage them to do so. Consid...

Thanx for the help. The coin recently sold for lots of money on eBay, I bid on it without figuring out what it was.

Re: JRL?

Having an affinity with flat-chested eagles, I believe the feller will tout a 1878 Philadelphia 7-tail-feathered B1 Long Nock among his 2020 list, as he hadn’t done so in his previous lists. He may pick the new 1878-P VAM-82A, is my best guess.

Re: O/T BULLION TRADING FUTURES

Platinum alloyed with gold is the hardest metal known, one would think that due to this reason, and due to the absoulte rarity of platinum compared to gold, platinum should be more seriously considered as a viable investment.

Re: 1878-S VAM-111

About the only trade items I am interested in are graded SF Long Nocks, especially VAMs 58 through 72, or SF Long Nocks from the Gene L. Henry collection. Will entertain lower cash offers.

1878-S VAM-111

Raw 1878-S VAM-111, appears G04, $3000 US. Will consider trades of graded San Francisco Long Nocks, perhaps Gene Henry Long Nocks.

Re: San Francisco Long Nock February Sale

Well it is that magical time of the year again when people start to prepare for the annual February San Francisco Long Nock sale, perhaps done in part to help cover their economic losses accumulated in December due to their purchase of unnecessary junk for largely ungrateful family members. I sincer...
