Just looked at my 3FP - it has the same scratch going from the leaf to the E. Again, sorry I was unable to post photos when it was 1st listed..... back in 2011 I believe....

I am the guilty party for not posting pics of the 3FP discovery. Didn't have a photo set-up working at the time and stashed it in the bank before getting photos done. I still have it in hand, will look to compare it with the other posted VAM.

Found my discovery coin while updating my lists on this long weekend.... No photos were ever submitted here, so here's a few showing the clashing. Can't seem to get a decent money shot of the T, but the other photos at least give an overall idea of the clashing on the coin. Will have to did a little...

Soaked about 2 days, then lightly used a Q-tip on it. The rose thorn helped take the remaining stubborn goop out of the date area. I should have done a closeup of the date prior to the soak.

VAM 20, near shifted date....

Recent find was all gummed up, but thought I knew what it was based on date position. A little acetone soak and the gentle use of the thorn exposed this 91o VAM.

My first impression is post mint damage, a hit from the edge of another Morgan.

So you're the one that grabbed it. I was away from computer when it got posted and would have snapped it up if you hadn't. The price was definitely right on it. LOL Not sure if it will make MS but it could on the right day at the grading service, Definitely a nice "E" Morgan, highest grade in regist...

Appreciate the replies. When I get time later this week, I'll try to sit down and go through the list again one by one to see if I can spot something I missed earlier.
