My recent find of a VAM 6D got me to looking at the top pops of the TPG's. When I view the PCGS top pop of this VAM, it does not look to be VAM 6D. If you are referring 1923-P VAM 1C1, it looks like it is RonH270.
There are VAM 1C's in all three mints for that year.
