This is an interesting holder. The company was being investigated for defrauding customers. In 1990 they filed for bankruptcy. I bought it off EBAY for $50.00. A nice 1881 S with original toning. I am having trouble with posting the pic.

Re: O T 1963 WASHINGTON QUARTER DDO
Thanks Tom, I checked my older CPG and I didn't see a doubled wing variety. Are you going to post pictures of your 1920 SLQ? Thanks Pete, A once good friend had given me his old 'The Best of the Washington quarter Doubled Die Varieties book, by John Wexler and Kevin flynn a long time ago and it has ...

Re: 1923 VAM 1F TOP 50
Thank you Tom,
Would you say, by my pictures above, that mine is a vam 1F and not the
1923-P VAM-1F2 Chin Bar, Collar Clash Reverse or the
1923-P VAM- 1F3 Chin Bar, Collar Clash at ONE?
Are they more rare, because I saw they have a higher R factor?
Thanks again, Bert

Re: O T 1963 WASHINGTON QUARTER DDO
Thanks John and yes you are right, it was also attributed.
I have never been able to pick or cherry any of the DDO or DDR Washington quarters and I thought
the price was right and I bought it, along, with my two 1923 peace dollar vams.

1923 VAM 1F TOP 50
I had been looking for a nice 1923 Peace dollar vam 1F, for a long time
and saw a nice one for sale at a good price and bought it.
I couldn't see any collar clash of reeding on rim
I haven't found any good vams, for awhile, so I broke down and bought
a couple.
Enjoy, Bert

Re: 1922 S V1O
I was just looking at some of the other 1922 S vams and I hate to bring any more confusion into this attribution, but this might be another possibility, with 'a die chip below the R' vam. The vam page does not have any pictures, but says ( Small die chip on top edge below R in LIBERTY) It is the vam...

Re: 1922 S V1O
Brian had sent me pictures of this, of what I thought was a very good find and it has it listed as an R-7. It is not the number 10 or ten, it is the number 1 and the letter O vam. I have the vam 10, with the Rays on Top of Mountain Elite 30 I hope this clears up, this misunderstanding. Bert Here is ...

Interesting information and so much for me to learn.
Thank you Scott, moranman,
Have you ever posted pictures of your PCGSMS64DMPL vam 16?
If not, I think you have me email address.

I know I want tp keep mine, in my collection.

Re: 1881 O vam 16 or 1J OVER POLISHED REVERSE
Thank you Mike.
Thank you John and I learned something new,
about it having a sunken reverse.
Would that be due, to the repeated or over polishing?
Thanks again, Bert

1881 O vam 16 or 1J OVER POLISHED REVERSE
I have an 1881 O PCGSMS62PL, that I was lucky enough to find and buy, awhile back, because I saw some very interesting abnormalities, on the reverse. I think, because of the position of the O mint mark, it is a vam 16. Here are some pictures, what do you think? Any help, would be greatly appreciated...
