On second look, I no longer think the 64 and the 64+ are the same coin.
Instead I recall an 64+ being incorrectly attributed as a vam 6C, when it was actually a common 6A.
It is probably now in a 6A holder and removed from the 6C pops.

Yeah, the selling prices are very inconsistent.
Also, puzzling is the fact that a 64 and a 64+ have sold, but pop stats show only one coin graded higher than 63.
I guess its possible that the 64 was later upgraded to 64+, and they are in fact the same coin.

I have an 1880-O Vam 6C in PCGS MS63.
I see that it is pop 5/1, but have no idea what it is worth.
Anyone have a clue?

Sorry, but no way is your coin an MS64.
Its an ANACS 61, but surprisingly PCGS is more liberal at this level and they would grade it 62
