Hoped the V188 would go a grade higher with the PL. PCGS graded it straight grade 58 twice and NGC kicked it back twice as "UNC cleaned". But I'm happy that it finally got the PL designation that it deserves.

Thanks everyone! Got them back in hand today so I'll send them back for attribution and re-holder. The V166 has FAR better luster than the V189, was hoping it might push it a grade higher but still pretty happy with it.
