I know you can see it the best since you have the coin in hand but from where I'm sitting, the crack sure does look like a stain on the coin making appear as such. It's just my opinion.

If it were me, I would just blame the clerking error and return all of the coins.
It doesn't help your cause but there are principalities involved.
Let the clerks explain to the consigners why they were returned.

That 21 collar clash is fairly minor. Leroy felt this was the case when it came to him and simply noted it in an existing listing. I've seen nothing that would warrant a separate listing.
