So true Patrick! John R. is and always will be a great asset to Vamworld and ANACS. However, you will not get them grades on a rare vam.

Patrick, you have a very nice 1A2. I think it would grade X45. However, its a rare coin and the grading companies will not give grades to compete with what has been put forth with other grades that certain people own. Keep the hunt up and good luck to you in your endeavors.

Dom, Its not out of whack! The prices back in the day were! You see now where thing have ended up. The ones who spent the Big Bucks for coins realize they have to do something to get the money back. The Collar Clash was a Transition from years ago when vamming had slowed from die breaks on Peace Dollars. Coins back in the day were found by vammers more easlier then today. The vammers of old will tell you the same. However, for the the new and up and coming keep the hunt up.

Nice coin Pat! It reminds me of the 1888O Vam 1BO that Russ out bidded me on years ago. A lot of eyes were on that date 1888O then and now. Still you find a way to make it happen.
