1921-Ps from LVA: 1 kill, 1 new, 2 revised

VAM 3AA has been revised. VAM 3FU has been killed. VAM 3HR is new. VAM 35A has been revised I disagree with the VAM 1 attribution, it has many listable PUPs. I'm stunned I didn't self-attribute the others. LVA letter 11.29.21.jpg 1921-P VAM 3HR plates pg 1 copy.jpg 1921-P VAM 3HR plates pg 2 copy.jp...

Re: 1921P potential duplicate listings

Tom: This is fabulous work you are doing. Bravo! The absence of LVA plate images on the attribution pages makes confirming things so problematic, but here's what I can offer: VAM 3AV: All the attribution page has is a scribbles photo, which is at least the best one to have. – I have what I'm calling...

Re: 1900-O Vam 29 attribution and value

The rule of thumb I have relied upon for 20+ years... and it hasn't been wrong yet... is if the coin is any Mint State grade it's VAM 35.

Re: OT: Leroy, Marilyn and a burl bowl - a tribute to multiple beautiful lives

I am heading to bed tonight with a huge smile on my face, having finally read this thread – but with a massive smile in my heart. The kindness, the warmth, the caring, and the sharing by folks on VAMworld is precious beyond words. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Re: having fun with LDS 1921-Ds

So, Dennis, when did you sneak over to the Denver ones? I'm not totally sure I have yet John. A couple of the good ones have fallen into my lap this year, and I've bought a few others (XF-AU) because they were cheap and looked interesting. I've definitely started to take peeks at them, and they're ...

Re: having fun with LDS 1921-Ds

Also on this VAM 4A is a snake-like crack that I am massively enamored with. Besides being thick, it is the tallest crack I have ever seen on a Morgan dollar – it's as tall as the denticles! Surely this part of the reverse die must have been about to fracture off?

having fun with LDS 1921-Ds

Heaven help me, I’ve started looking at 1921-D Morgans more closely. About 10 days ago a group of 5 certified circulated coins went up on eBay. Marking it to watch triggered a discount offer from the seller that got me to bite, and now they’re mine. They’ve been fun to photograph scribbles that will...

Can you get a closer one of just the area above the talons, like you did with the closeup of the E?

Can you post a closeup picture of the small areas on either side of the eagle's right leg (viewer's left) just above the talons?
